Through this APP, citizens can remove the service password, depending on the matter they wish to deal with at the One-Stop Shop, in a convenient and simple way before going to the service, and should only consult the general rules of service operation.With the APP, citizens can obtain information about the number of passwords on hold, the average time to be answered and receive an alert to inform them when they are about to be called.The rules of service must always be respected:- passwords are closed (in person and online) whenever the scheduled opening hours exceeds the public service hours of the Balcão Único;- one password must be taken per subject/request to be dealt with, limited to seven (7) daily passwords;- there is a tolerance for meeting only 3 passwords;
